Myisha Boyd

Head of Strategy & Development

A visionary strategist known for her expertise in shaping transformative social impact narratives and creating thriving work cultures, Myisha leads strategic initiatives at RPSC that unlock the collective potential of Black and multicultural women. Myisha's career spans 15 years in corporate and nonprofit sectors, specializing in DE&I, corporate social responsibility, and leadership coaching.

Her impact extends beyond business—Myisha is a dedicated community advocate, committed to equity and the empowerment of women of color. Her passion is grounded in helping individuals and organizations drive meaningful, inclusive change.

Nicole Smith, or Nikki, is a changemaker and community advocate whose work focuses on empowerment, education, and systemic change. At RPSC, Nikki drives impactful initiatives through strategic communication and community building.

With over 15 years of experience across higher education, technology, and nonprofit sectors, Nikki is deeply committed to building partnerships that lead to systemic change. Her leadership at grassroots organizations like Operation Liberation and Assata's Daughters showcases her unwavering dedication to fostering equity and amplifying underrepresented voices.

Cozetta Smith is a creative force at Rock Paper Scissors Consulting, driving authentic storytelling and fostering cultural change. With her roots in corporate communications and journalism, Cozetta brings a unique perspective to DE&I strategy and advocacy.

From managing diversity councils at AMC Theatres to leading campaigns at Penguin Random House, her experience underscores her passion for amplifying underrepresented voices. Cozetta's dedication to unlocking the potential of Black and multicultural women is evident in her work at RPSC, where she helps redefine how organizations share their stories and drive impact.
